I. Machine Introduction

 This machine is used to produce toilet paper rolls as the picture shown above.

II. Function and Features

TP-RPM1092/1575/2200/2500/2800I Toilet Paper Rewinding and Perforating Machine is to perforate and cut the raw paper into various sizes according to the requests. The finished product is neat, in good order and with equal tension. It has the feature of compact structure, easy and stable operation, less electricity consumption and covers a small area of 8.4 m². The production speed is 0—100m/min. This equipment is adjustable to meet the requested finished product. This model is the ideal equipment for paper making factory and paper processing factory. This equipment can process raw paper of 1.2m (1092I type) and 1.8m (1575I type) in width and longer type like 2.2m (2200I type), 2.45m (2500I type), 2.75m (2800I type) need to be ordered.

This machine consists of raw material stands, paper conveying unit, embossing unit, perforating unit, rolling unit, electricity control and cutting system. The production process is : unwinding —→ embossing —→perforating—→cutting.

There are two types of this model: one is ordinary type, it uses one embossing unit for 2 ply paper, and the other is dot-by-dot type, it uses embossing unit respectively for each ply paper.

1. This model is designed to produce ordinary type and “hitting dot by hitting dot” type toilet paper.

2. Roll with tension to produce high and low level raw paper.

3. Adopting screw turning knife to cut, knife-blade is strong enough to operate fast without noise and shaking.

4. Electric control counter to ensure the weight of product.

5. Roll raw paper with electric heating steel roller for clear look of product. Adopting imported heating element for long life of service.

6. Use special saw belt to keep section in good order. The saw belt is simple and easy to repair and sharpened.
